Overview:
As an Office Manager at BODYFRIEND, we are looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and collaborative leader to direct and manage our main office. The office manager is the backbone of our business, working behind the scenes to smoothly run operations. Therefore, the office manager must have great work ethics and be a role model to other staff. The office manager will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks to support our actual stores, but help grow our brand and presence in the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Must be able to run office operations and procedures efficiently, including but not limited to: preparing payroll, controlling and directing correspondence, filing important documents, ordering office supplies, assigning and monitoring clerical functions, and etc.
Constantly review sales and update sales target, communicate with upper-level management, provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financials, and support any other administrative needs.
Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Support and build a cooperative environment for employees to work in.
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Perform all other administrative office tasks
Great Candidates for This Position:
Must be able to use Quick Books, accounting background preferred
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Be able to prioritize and multitask
Bilingual, preferably English and Korean
Service-oriented and customer-friendly
Previous experience with inventory management
Have two or more years of experience in a management role
Have three or more years of clerical and administrative experience in a specialty retail environment
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication skills
Support store functions
Are excited about being a part of team that is working toward both personal and team goals
Possess a dependable and reliable work ethic
Bachelors degree preferred
