Marketing Education Associate Job Opening in Concord, California - MARKETING/EDUCATION ASSOCIATE
The Marketing Education Associate is a key member of the Marketing team that focuses on training and education of Game Ready employees, sales reps, and distributors.
Specific Responsibilities Include: **
Responsible for employee and partner education programs for the Med4Elite:
Assess ongoing training needs of sales teams and Game Ready personnel for Med4Elite
Develop educational materials and content
Train other trainers, employees, sales reps and distributors, both domestic and international, in Med4Elite, in partnership with sales teams
Responsible for customer education programs for the Med4Elite:
Demo and in-service the Med4Elite to prospects and customers with the goal of growing sales, in collaboration with sales teams
Assist with development of educational materials and content (ex: testimonials) which will promote adoption of and loyalty to the product
Feedback customer needs to marketing from the field
Maintain a log and knowledge of Med4Elite competing products
Participate in post market follow-up evaluation for Med4 in conjunction with product management
Clinical Liaison:
Understand clinical applications of the Game Ready product line, both GR Pro 2.1 and Med4Elite and educate the marketing and sales team
Manage Marketing?s product demo fleet, projects and recording of outcomes under direction of VP,Marketing
Liaison for product and clinical research (with customers) including: case studies; clinical research projects; demos; and evaluation
Assist with documentation of clinical protocols in conjunction with customers, to educate employees, sales partners and customers
Payer/Adjuster Education (as time permits):
Assist with development of content for marketing products to insurance companies and other payers
Support GR Sales/Contracting and Provider Relations with in-services and product education by webinar or in-person for insurance organizations and individuals as needed
Support payer marketing initiatives in the field as needed; ex: Physician round table in conjunction with TPA?s
Additional marketing or educational projects as assigned by the VP of Marketing as needed
Professional Experience: ** (Education, Job Experience, Certification, Physical Requirements, Abilities).
Minimum 4 Year degree or equivalent
Prior experience in a clinical environment (Ortho Tech, RN, PT, or PTA, AT, PA (or similar) OR eduction in a healthcare related field such as sports medicine preferred
Confident, engaging, articulate speaker, comfortable in front of customers
Familiarity with webinar software; ex: GoToMeeting preferred
Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Powerpoint
This individual will become capable of performing simple technical troubleshooting on the Med4Elite device (training provided)
Travel up to 75%, position based out of our Concord, CA headquarters
