Claims Collector Job Opening in Lake Forest, California - LINQM has been engaged to help a client with a contract to hire opportunity. This role sits in South Irvine/Lake Forest. The role is an Insurance Collector position in Healthcare. The position will be following up with claims and making sure the claims are correct, verified, and being processed for full payment. The goal of the role is to collect full payment from all claims!!
The right person will need to have experience prioritizing their day and working with multiple claims up to 40 in a day!!
Required:
High School diploma, Associate?s degree preferred
2+ years of collections experience
Knowledge of Coding
Experience in the medical industry working with insurance plans (i.e. HMO, PPO, and Discount Plans)
Top notch customer service skills
