Sales Project Manager Job Opening in Issaquah, Washington - Project Manager Responsibilities include:
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Liaising with vendors, buyers, and colleagues to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Ensuring that vendors and buyers needs are met as the project evolves
Managing tasks and duties of Sales Coordinators, ensuring key dates and priorities are met
Our growing manufacturer?s rep agency is looking to add a dynamic individual to our team. We work as a go-between with many fabulous manufacturers and some of the area?s largest retailers, including Costco, Fred Meyer, and many other Northwest retailers. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible to run, administer and organize all project activities and timelines in cooperation with and under the direction of the Sales Managers, working with the Account Coordinators to ensure a smooth flawless execution of the project. We work out of a house-turned-office in Issaquah, WA. Our owner often has his dogs in the office, we keep a low key, casual day to day environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Liaise with manufacturers and sales managers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Make certain that manufacturers and retailers needs are met as the project evolves
Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, and schedule
Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise, including key dates and deadlines, QA process, shipping on time, etc.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage other employees and delegate tasks
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and of project management tools
Ability to travel if necessary
Position will be full time, with an expectation to be in the Issaquah, WA office when not traveling. We will have limited flexibility on working from home when absolutely necessary.
