Vice President of Operations Job Opening in Kansas City, Missouri - The Vice President of Operations is responsible for managing a group of Senior Living communities in an assigned geographic region of the country. This position is responsible for overall operational functionality of these communities ranging from physical plant maintenance to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The Vice President of Operations is also responsible for ensuring that budgets are developed and managed to plan. Adheres to customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to team members and residents.
Job Requirements:
Must have a 4 year degree in Business or Healthcare related field
Must have 5-7 years of management experience in Senior Living
Must have experience developing and managing budgets
Minimum 70% travel
