Part Time Sales Associate Job Opening in Fargo, North dakota - Job Description: Red Dot Uniforms is hiring!! Looking for 2-3 FUN and self-motivated individuals to provide our customers with the best customer service possible! Hours would consist of the opening/closing shifts (9am-7pm weekdays) and Saturday?s (10am-5pm). Stop in, call, or email resume and availability.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Assess customers? needs and provide assistance and information on product features
-?Go the extra mile? to drive sales
-Actively seek out customers in store
-Remain knowledgeable on products and help customers explore available options
-Cross sell products
-Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
-Build productive trust relationships with customers
-Ensure store is consistently recovered and customer ready every day meeting store standards on the sales floor and backroom.
-Provide solutions and inspiration to customers.
Requirements:
-Experience working with customers/retail
-Are confident and motivated by the opportunity to interact with customers while helping them bring their individual styles to life.
-Proficiency in English
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service focus
-Have availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, store openings and closings, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
-Must have efficiency in counting money accurately
