MUST HAVE LIGHTING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO BIG BOX RETAIL
Our client is one of the world?s largest manufacturer of LED lighting systems with multi billion annual revenue and sales growth of over 30% per year. They are now expanding heavily into the US retail market for LED lamps and fixtures and is seeking a driven entrepreneurial sales leader to assume the role of:
VP of Retail Sales ? Atlanta or Dallas location
Our client is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Vice President of Retail Sales to manage their sales & business development efforts with big box and regional retailers Candidate will be responsible for consumer channels for LED Lamp/fixture replacement products. Incumbent will be responsible for channel strategy, sales promotions, collateral material, sales team leadership, regional office management and P&L. We are seeking candidates who are currently working as a National Sales Manager/ Director/Vice President of Retail Sales with a LED Lamp/lighting manufacturer. You should have a broad experience in general in managing Lowes, Home Depot account, operations and development are both pluses. BS/BA is highly preferred; MBA a plus. 25% travel to China.
We are looking for a roll up your sleeves entrepreneurial sales guru who is going to actively pursue brand awareness and industry penetration. Position is full-time salaried PLUS significant bonus opportunity. Significant Travel is required. Relocation to North Carolina is preferred. Additional consideration will be given to skills including: experience educating about lighting, product management, market development, international expertise.
