Summary of Position
As an Outside Sales / Project Manager you will assist customers with their home improvement projects from start to finish on a daily basis. PGRS, Inc. provides all product and sales training needed to be successful. An outgoing hard working Project Manager who follows our proven sales process can expect to make $100,000.00 plus a year.
Responsibilities
Perform customer consultation to assess needs and provide a no cost, no obligation inspection
During a thorough inspection, you will take photographs of damage and/or areas that need to be addressed
Demo product line and present quote to potential customers
Maintain customer information in company database and follow PGRS custom customer satisfaction 8 step process
Requirements
Self-motivated and strong sense of project ownership ? Results driven
Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing personality who can generate additional business in addition to company provided leads
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to climb, perform roof inspections, lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
Must be able to pass background check and MVR (clean driving record)
