Territory Sales Manager Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Rapidly growing medical device company seeks a Territory Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of successful experience in medical sales or B2B sales. Key responsibilities include the establishment, development and growth of long term sales relationships in Hospital operating rooms and Surgery Centers.
Additional responsibilities include, implementing sales strategy, managing the sales process preparing sales reports and other analytic information as required by the management team. The account manager will be professional, proactive, customer centric, results oriented and serve as a liaison between the customer and the company.
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong selling and closing skills.
Strong opportunity development and cold calling skills.
Previous territory management experience.
A demonstrable track record of sales success.
Previous medical device experience is preferred but not required.
Focused, confident with a strong sense of urgency.
Works well independently.
Results driven.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated a consistency with daily sales efforts, a robust ability to create and maintain strong relationships and the ability to establish proper buying criteria to effectively close sales opportunities.
Candidates with 1-3 years B2B (payroll services, office supplies, copier sales) have shown success in this role.
Compensation will include a base salary plus commissions. Car and phone allowance.
