Appointment Setter Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Appointment Setter Part time, contract position providing telephone and office support for a Financial Advisor in Gig Harbor. The office is located in a professional complex within the city limits. 8-10 hours a week. Individual will determine their own schedule within guidelines that are provided. Duties include contacting existing and prospective clients with the purpose of setting appointments and providing customer service. Individual will also provide occasional administrative and marketing support in the office. Personal qualities include professionalism and excellent phone skills. Should be energetic and cheerful. Must be able to take direction, have integrity and track results. Respect for clients, and good customer service are critical. In order to succeed , the individual must achieve the weekly activity goals set by the advisor. If contracted, this individual will have to undergo a required background check before starting.
