We are seeking a professional, competent, motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. This is a full time position and will be based in our Columbia, SC warehouse. This is a business to business field sales representative position. The pay will be a base salary + bonus + company car. Total first year potential with everything $35,000+.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Visiting new customer contacts to generate new business
Visiting existing customers to maintain the relationship and generate new product sales
Building trust with new and current customers by exceeding their expectations
Following up with customers on all new orders
Thinking ?outside the box? when creating a solution for any issues that may arise.
Communicating with the Branch Manager on customer specific plans to give the best customer service
Generate sales and meet monthly sales goals.
Assist in the office on inbound calls when needed
Help deliver product when needed
Work inside one Saturday a month
Promote the 1-800-Radiator & A/C brand
Must always be presentable and professional in overall appearance
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year of sales experience/customer service experience
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Be a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Clean driving record and valid STATE driver?s license
Knowledge of automotive industry or cars in general is a plus
