Job Summary:
Meets with customers on pre-scheduled appointments to diagnose problems and determine customers? desired outcomes. Proposes solutions to resolve problems using our proven 10 Step sale process. Brings sale to a close. Writes and submits job proposal. Attends weekly sales training and meetings. Supports management and company mission.
Essential Job Functions:
Drives to potential customers? home to meet with them for pre-scheduled appointments. Builds rapport and demonstrates expertise in crawl space, attic and conditioned space comfort solutions. Determines customers problems, needs and outcomes by asking proper questions and completing a customer questionnaire. Identifies problems and opportunities in customer(s) home, by utilizing our 10 steps to the sale method, and then proposes solution(s) to resolve problems to meet or exceed expected outcomes.
Writes job proposal for each job to include diagrams, photographs, instructions, inventory needed, accomplish list and price for job. Enters all required information into company CRM within 24 hours after completion of appointment. Follows up by phone and re-visits customer as needed.
Attends weekly production and sales trainings/meetings.
Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to legally drive a motor vehicle.
Meets and exceeds company and personal goals.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Talents:
Knowledge of business principles and practices.
Knowledge of sales and customer satisfaction theories and practices.
Seasoned sales professional. 5 years verifiable experience in outside sales.
Knowledge of construction systems helpful
Understands and has experience in ?hunting for your food?.
Skilled in operating personal computer and using such programs as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other business software.
Skilled in written and oral communication.
Ability to learn and understand the technical side of the business.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years minimum of In-home sales and presentation.
Excellent closing skills are a must.
Ability to work and thrive in a TEAM environment.
Physically able to climb through attics and crawl through crawl spaces.
Can lift up to 40 lbs.
