We are currently hiring for a sales associate with great customer service preferable with property management & real estate experience. We specialize in areas of Real Estate Sales, Property Management, & Construction. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, self-starter with phenomenal customer service skills to join our company.?
Job Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs & requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development & closures
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand you database of prospects within your assigned territory
Attend network meetings and seminars to generated leads & new business opportunities
Close Deals
Marketing Implementation:
Contribute to design and distribution of marketing programs such as web, newsletter, direct mail, advertising, flyers, referral programs and signage
Oversee and ensure integrity of company brand
Manage social media activity and contribute information to each source
Manage email marketing design and processes with internal and external clients*Identify & gather appropriate prospect lists for marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business related field
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a sales or market
Fearless prospector on the phone and in person
Self-starter who can work independently
Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
Property management experience is highly recommended but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Real estate knowledge is important
Strong leadership and client-service skills, with proven ability to lead people as well as plan and implement successful marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment, while maintaining exceptional quality control.
Highly motivated with strong personal work ethic and ability to have strong customer service attitude with all employees.
Strong work ethic
Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to meet expectations of multiple entities
