National consulting firm based in Annapolis, MD seeks a motivated individual to join our team.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Phoning Skills. Job will require daily outbound calls, to both cold and warm leads
* Presentation Skills. Candidate must be willing to be mentored on growing with each client to be able to present both in person and via webinar
* Candidate must have a working knowledge of a CRM system and be willing to utilize.
* Organizational Skills. Candidate must be willing to update the CRM and create tasks to maintain a pipeline (Sales Report)
* Event Marketing. Candidate must be willing to work marketing events for clients in a professional and outgoing manner.
* Show history of willingness to learn other marketing and communications functions
* Be willing to be measured on sales results for individual clients
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
*Candidate should have a Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Other candidates will be considered with equivalent work history.
*Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong communication and presentation skills. This is a junior sales position with opportunities for fast growth.
*Candidates with a working knowledge of healthcare, insurance or related field preferred. Includes: insurance, accreditation programs, case management or healthcare technology.
