Payroll Administrator / Executive Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Newark, Delaware - Graver Technologies, an industry leader in providing filtration solutions, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator in its headquarter office. This position will have the responsibility of full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing and related functions, as well as provide Executive Administrative support to senior management. Additional responsibilities include various Accounting functions, such as ACH vendor and employee payment processing, reporting, monthly insurance reconciliation, corporate insurance filing, and providing assistance regarding certain Accounts Receivable functions. Works closely with Human Resources in aspects of payroll changes, processing, and Time & Attendance.
Payroll Administrator responsibilities will include:
Full-cycle bi-weekly Payroll Processing through ADP Workforce Now Platform
Review audit error logs, process corrections as needed, review (overtime calculation), import hours and troubleshoot issues
Process monthly and quarterly payroll reports by specified deadlines
Year-end preparation: W2's, annual reports, etc
Process and reconcile monthly health insurance invoices
ACH payments to vendors and employees
401(k) annual filings and monthly reports
Prepare monthly ADP archive reports
Prepare monthly General Ledger account reconciliations for related payroll accounts
Executive Administrative Assistant responsibilities to include:
Serve as Administrative Assistant to company President, VP of Finance, and Marmon Water Technologies President as needed
Coordinate senior management meetings
Assist with creation of business plan spreadsheets and headcounts
Prepare year-end bonus spreadsheets
Prepare annual increase spreadsheets for hourly and salary personnel
Distribute incoming mail & faxes, and handle outgoing mail, overnight deliveries & faxes out
Filing & copying paper files
File retention and organization
Completion of insurance surveys (Workers Comp Audit & Annual MHI report, Travel Insurance, OSHA, etc.)
Maintain OSHA records and ensure OSHA 300A posted
Maintain monthly safety statistics
Prepare PowerPoint Presentations
Handle travel arrangements as needed
Complete Other Projects as required
Coordinate Company and Business Unit events and luncheons as needed
Coordinate approval of legal invoices
Corporate insurance filing
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor?s degree in Accounting
Experience with ADP Workforce Now Platform
Strong understanding and experience in all aspects of payroll processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Must be a TEAM player
Must be very organized and detailed oriented, paying close attention to accuracy with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
High level of discretion to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Experience with ADP Workforce Now Platform required**
