Facilities Maintenance Manager Job Opening in Fayetteville, Tennessee - Under the general direction and supervision of the CEO, the Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing Maintenance functions and is directly responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising department functions and activities; and for maintaining quality control in accordance with established standards and practices. Reports to the CEO regarding the physical and structural conditions of the facilities and the status of work in progress. Meets with CEO to discuss department objectives and policies, budget and major purchase priorities. Submits recommendations to management for painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment and allocation of space.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Previous experience with Joint Commission preferred.
