Property Manager Job Opening in Manhattan, Kansas - The essential of this position include the following: providing residential property management for 60 Public Housing and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units; communicating effectively, both orally and in written form, with the general public/residents, staff and other agencies; ability to understand complex oral and written housing regulations and directives; ability to accurately utilize basic record keeping/management procedures; ensure proper management of information; ability to accurately utilize basic accounting and mathematical principles to ensure proper calculations of rental amounts. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and be organized.
Bachelor of Science or equivalent to five years of experience in Human Services or Case Management and/or three (3) years? experience working with low-income families, elderly and disabled persons. Experience with Public Housing and/or LIHTC programs a plus.

Salary dependent on skills, abilities and experience but starting wage is $12.50/hour.
