Receptionist needed for Kiawah Island Real Estate Job Opening in charleston, South Carolina - Receptionist needed for Kiawah Island Real Estate Kiawah Partners is searching for a full-time Receptionist for our real estate sales offices on Kiawah Island. This position's duties will include: coordinating closing procedures, preparing and proofreading correspondence; updating listings database, scheduling and maintaining calendars; greeting walk-in guests; answering phone calls; filing and organizing the office; and participating in other projects. Requirements for the position include: at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, professional phone manner; and effective written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must. The ideal candidate will also have real estate listings experience, a college degree and some experience with Access.
