Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of products and services that we specialize in. You will do this by building relationships to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Maintain and build customer relationships
Negotiate prices and contractual agreements
Resolve Customer complaints and problems
Assist with the selection of products best suited to customer needs
Maintain communications with management and co-workers
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
Working knowledge of different phases of construction
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
Excellent communication and effective customer relation skills
Knowledge of materials
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in building materials supply
Bilingual
