Software Engineer II Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - An Ad-tech mobile data analytics company is searching far and wide for a Software Engineer II to add to the team. The Software Engineer II will oversee development of the company?s cutting-edge intelligence platform.
The company?s current platform ingests trillions upon trillions lines of code, performs real-time document analysis, and stores them for analytics, search engine optimization research and data integration. The platform also features a beautiful web front-end for navigating the data as well.
Required Skills & Experience
In addition to being an expert in NodeJS, also an expert in building modern single-page applications in Javascript MVC frameworks and UI libraries such as AngularJS, React and Vue
Experience developing a clustered container environment in AWS using Docker and Kubernetes to manage dozens of microservices written primarily in NodeJS
A desire to work with MongoDB, SOLR, Vertica, Redis, Kafka.
Extensive Python background
A strong of foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms is required.
