We are a privately owned investment company located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We deal mostly in commercial real estate with interests in office space, restaurants, retail space, and residential leasing.
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to add to our accounting team.
Role is performed at corporate office.
Answer incoming phone calls and greet guests
Reconciling Credit Card Statements
Working with Excel - Creating Spreadsheets
Preparing 3-Ring Binders (legal documents, tax documents, etc.)
Order office supplies
Extensive filing
Processing of online remote deposits
Bank runs, bank deposits, loan payments, etc.
Faxing, scanning, printing, and preparing PDF documents
Running office and personal errands for the owner(s)
Handling personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality
Process background checks
Assist with various administrative requests from management and accounting department
We are a smaller company and do not offer an employee benefits package. The pay has been set accordingly to $30,000 DOE. Parking in ramp is provided.
