Presents and involves guests in the opportunity to own the finest vacation experience. E-commerce and Telecommunication. Only qualified leads inbound/outbound with the flexibility to sell any of the Vistana properties.
Prepares each day to support SVN Direct?s sales efforts by working with and selling to assigned leads.
Adheres to standard work hours and assigned phone shifts. * Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Practices
Adheres to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensure, certifications, etc.
Maintains the highest level of product knowledge by attending all required training sessions and departmental meetings.
Contacts assigned lead(s) through phone and email according to the SOPs and at the direction of sales management.
Documents all lead activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application according to the SOPS and at the direction of sales management.
Uses only approved marketing collateral, presentations and support materials in effective and timely manner.
Provides Vistana Signature Expereinces program and property information for all SVN Resorts, according to program specifications and at the direction of sales management.
Provides purchase options to prospective buyers to include pricing and incentives according to the global price matrix and at the direction of sales management.
Follows all approved sales closing procedures.
Completes all appropriate new owner purchase documentation as required.
Protects and secures customer confidential information according to corporate guidelines and procedures.
Achieves established performance metrics within established time frames.
Ensures all owners and new leads have a quality customer experience with each engagement based on company, department and brand expectations.
