Office Administrator Job Opening in Minnetonka, Minnesota - Small professional software company is currently searching for an office administrator responsible for a variety of administrative assignments, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors. This is a full time position with hours generally ranging from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with flexibility as needed.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Managing incoming phone calls. Call level averages 5-10 per hour.
Tracking customer support activity
Office supplies inventory
Arranging conference calls and various meetings
Coordinating trade show activity
Issuing Purchase Orders and other accounting support
Human Resources support
Various projects from executive management
Successful candidates will be professional and friendly with experience in a professional environment relating to the areas of responsibility mentioned above.
The ideal candidate must have a great attitude and work ethic, and has an understanding of various administrative programs including Microsoft Office.
Prerequisites: Experience in administrative functions.
