Entry Level Sales Engineer Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - Ultravision International is searching for a Sales Engineer. Ultravision International manufactures LED Digital displays and LED Lighting that serve wide-reaching markets, spanning entertainment and sports venues, small and large business, education, retail advertising, government, casinos, and digital advertising. The Sales Application Engineer is responsible for supporting the Ultravision sales team from a technical perspective. The ideal candidate will be able to understand sales objectives and customer questions and communicate them in an effective way.
Responsibilities :
Learns and understands company?s products and their technical specifications
Responds to employee and customer requests by staying current in their knowledge of products and services
Assists in the responses to RFPs and customer requests
Documents and tracks requests and responses
Builds a database of knowledge for future sales response
Provides feedback to the company on customer needs, the competition and technological advancements
Collaborates with other teams
Creates documentation for customers and training purposes
Lead training seminars for clients and company employees
Travel to trade shows to act as a technical knowledgebase for the sales team
Teach CE?s
Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communications skills

Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level

LED digital display knowledge or experience preferred
LED lighting knowledge or experience preferred
Education Requirement :
BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics or similar
Experience Required :
0-3 years experience working in a technical sales support role
