Security Sales Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - Self Motivated individual with knowledge of the security field in Texas. This is a Commission only post, pay is based on each contract brought in, 10-18% of the gross, paid monthly. Successful Candidate must have smart phone, reliable transportation, Computer, Internet access and a printer. Must be able to pass State and FBI Background checks. No Criminal History. Registration with DPS required (Company will register).
Identify, execute and follow-up on all potential sales opportunities to establish new customer relationships, including prospecting and lead utilization. Anticipates customer needs and concerns, and maintains knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer. Analyzes and interprets customers? security needs, circumstances and objectives in light of various factors. Advises customers on advantages and disadvantages of the various services provided. Listens well and is adaptable to the open expression of ideas and opinions. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Display the confidence, skill and professionalism demanded to resolve critical issues in a manner that strengthens the client relationship and mitigates risk. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Must demonstrate a positive and professional image at all times.
