Position Summary
Stealth Monitoring is a live video surveillance company providing world class security services to customers across the U.S. The software development team is responsible for providing cutting edge tools to our internal users and our customers. The products we develop include a proprietary customer and event management system, a customer device health monitoring application, service ticket system, video monitoring system, customer portal, and various mobile apps. We are seeking a motivated software developer eager to innovate and disrupt known video monitoring conventions to help differentiate Stealth Monitoring from our competitors.
Key
Application Development
Develop and maintain in-house and customer facing web applications.
A desire to lead development efforts
Project Requirements and Testing
Join a team of developers and DevOps users in an Agile Scrum environment
Assist in requirements gathering, design, testing, and documentation.
Experience with Selenium a plus
Office Responsibilities
Provide training to internal staff on software programs.
Produce technical documentation to agreed quality standards.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Post-secondary diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
EXPERIENCE
Several years of direct business experience as a software using current technologies.
Front end web applications development (HTML, javascript, JQueryUI, JSON, Bootstrap, CSS)
Experience with Python and the Django web framework
Experience with SQL Server, TSQL
Experience with a plus
Experience with Linux a plus
Experience with Docker and AWS a plus
Working Conditions
Position reports to the Director of Technology
