Digital Sales Assistant Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Hawaii News Now (CBS and NBC affiliated television stations), the dominant news organization and premier multimedia company in Honolulu, Hawaii, has an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment as a Digital Sales Assistant.
Applicant must be detail-oriented, creative, and able to learn new things quickly. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work under pressure, and understands how to prioritize and manage time wisely. Good communication skills is a must. This position works directly with the sales department, other station departments, advertisers and agencies on a regular basis, to assure campaigns run as directed. This position will be responsible for order entry on digital orders, putting together digital analytic performance reports, as well as maintaining excellent customer service relations at the agency and client levels. This position serves as a support position for the Digital Department and Account Executives as well as handling various administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate should be proficient in data entry and have experience in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Wide Orbit Traffic and Media Sales experience preferred.
