Inside Sales Associate Job Opening in Waipahu, Hawaii - Company Overview

The Madden Corporation manufactures and distributes more than 8,000 products to nearly 3,000 customers throughout Hawai'i, the continental U.S., Europe and Asia.
We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional to assist the wholesale sales department. This position must meet revenue goals that can be met through internet sales, social media platforms as well as via phone, email, and in person.
Responsibilities
Generate and maintain sales for wholesale business
Process retail orders received directly from consumers by phone, email, and mail
Assist with maintaining retail and wholesale websites
Answering all inquiries received by phone and email directed to Customer Service Department
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous business to business and business to consumer sales experience preferred
Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills required
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook
Some experience with website maintenance
Ability to work independently with good analytical and problem solving abilities
