Sales Representative Job Opening in San Francisco, California - Background:
Our client is an international agency-hybrid, with a remote team that works together seamlessly. They are a strong core team that began as a small design and HubSpot development agency and grew organically, from the needs of their clients, by hiring seasoned professionals from all over the world and offering exciting new services. They specialize in the tech field, especially with startups.
What does a working day look like:
Work directly with our CEO and COO to generate outbound leads
Get on connect calls and run assessments
Coordinate with the team for demos and proposals
Move things forward by responding to emails and proactively following up
Build proposals with the help of the team
Maintain pipeline up to date in HS CRM
Improve current close rates
Improve processes and sales assets continuously

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - your English is flawless
You have the ability to operate in a sometimes chaotic and always fast-paced environment
You want to improve processes and strive when you?re given freedom to do so
You are always on top of things. Preferably, you?re a control freak. Nothing slips through the cracks (and when it does, you own that shit)
You have real experience in working remotely for at least a year (as a freelancer, not with a fixed salary)
You love testing out new online tools and apps
You are experienced with HubSpot. If you don?t have HubSpot experience, you?ll need to learn it on your own time before starting work with us
Bonus points if you have experience in the tech field

Salary negotiable, depending on experience, hours, etc.
