We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic, established, well-rounded Sales Professional with a solid performance record in territory sales and account development, who has the motivation and desire to achieve great things.
As a member of our dynamic Sales Team your primary goal will be to develop strong, personal relationships with the top retailers, OEMs, architects, and institutional markets in your assigned territory; these relationships will not only help to strengthen our Sales Team, but will be key to your success. We are always looking to expand our business while maintaining the highest level of service to our current customers and your dedication to that objective is imperative. Therefore, your positive, ?can-do? attitude must shine through everything you do; our expectations for your effort and production are high. Imperative is the ability to sell the company?s wide range of capabilities to provide conceptual solutions as well as standard offerings:
Bachelors? degree from four year college or university
Three to seven years? experience in field sales selling in a business to business environment
Experience selling to large retailers (Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, as examples) selling store fixtures / conceptual solutions
Experience working with manufacturers on product and service improvement.
Experience working with architects and/or design firms.
Hands on aptitude / mentality with ability to lead and assist in installations and suggest product improvements.
Proven achievement of individual and company sales targets
Preparation of detailed Key Account plans for top accounts and supervision of Key Account profiles using MS Office products.
Prospecting and lead generation in territory with exceptional hunter skills.
Forecasting and strategizing for growth and monitoring customer activity
Create and maintain a high level of confidence with customers
Development of strong face to face relationships with all major accounts and targets.
Maintain solid relationships with regular and open communication to all organization team members.
A strong desire and willingness to travel as a regular part of the job working from home office location.
Support effort of new product development, including idea generation and involvement in beta test sites.
Strong planning, organizational skills and outstanding communication skills.
Highly motivated, self-sufficient with clear focus of primary goals.
Work from Home Office.
English primary/Spanish secondary highly preferred.
