CBRF Manager (Assisted Living) Job Opening in Spooner, Wisconsin - The Villas at Maple Ridge will be opening this year inside The Spooner Business Center and be connected to Maple Ridge Care Center. We are currently seeking a manager to help establish and open this 14-bed CBRF facility. Following the grand opening the manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a passion and drive for high quality geriatric care to join our team.
Job Summary
To direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing community-based residential facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
Must speak and understand English
Previous experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or a long-term care setting
Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
experience in a healthcare or business setting
in healthcare
Experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Resident Care Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse
Qualifications under DHS Chapter 83.15 specifically (d)
