Summary:
The Financial Analyst (FA) is responsible for analyzing financial transactions to identify and recover cash opportunities for our clients. High growth opportunities to work in various areas of the company and will gain significant experience with Health Care finance. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated and able to adapt in various roles. The candidate would be eligible to participate in PMMC?s leadership track should their performance reflect PMMC?s core values:

Requirements:
The Financial Analyst must possess:
Bachelor?s Degree
1-3 Years of Related Experience a plus
Ability to grasp/self-teach technical to power-user proficiency with new and evolving software tools
Effective Communication and Writing Skills with the ability to craft a well worded argument
Proficiency with payer contracts, facility billing and medical terminology a plus
Experience with Microsoft applications
The ability to ?Get the Job?, ?Want the Job?, and have the ?Capacity? to fulfill the job, GWC

FA Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective communications with PMMC?s clients, hospitals, and payers
Analyze financial transactions to identify and recovery cash opportunities for our clients
Present a professional argument to Insurance Companies so that Errors are Effectively Communicated and Corrected
Maintain Consistent Communication with Insurance Companies to Ensure Errors are Resolved
Achieve established production goals
Coordinate with the Team Members and provide feedback to improve Process and Quality
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of management
