Investor Relations Representative Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - About the Job
AHP Capital Management is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator for our office in Chicago to service our investors.
This position reports to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team and will have primary responsibility for interacting with current and prospective investors. Responsibilities include:
Educate prospective investors about the AHP investment opportunity
Communicate with current and potential investors via phone and email
Receive inbound calls and answer questions from potential and existing investors
Support marketing manager in developing and keeping our investor interface up to date
Act as a liaison between our investors and marketing/web development to ensure the site meets investor needs
Key competencies
Strong communication is essential: in person, e-mail, phone, chat, letters
Must be detail oriented, organized and have great follow through skills
Computer proficiency, including typing, Word, and Excel
Ability to build strong relationships with investors and team members
Quick learner and able to think on your feet
Willingness to continually learn and improve
High level of integrity
Requirements
Experience in a Sales or Account Executive role
Experience using a customer relationship management system ? Salesforce a plus
