Data Entry Clerk Job Opening in Cornelia, Georgia - Job Type : Temporary Part time position for indefinite time frame. This position has the potential to become a permanent full-time position.
Essential Functions
Follow established systems policies and procedures
Create/maintain products in MI9 Merchant system, including researching data for accuracy before entering into system
Create/maintain vendors in MI9 Merchant system
Clear duplicate skus from the database by following established procedures
Update product cost/retail in MI9 Merchant
Set up promos in MI9 Merchant
Set up/use lists in MI9 Merchant
Review MI9 data to eliminate duplicate product sku numbers
Review product categories to standardize product descriptions across all brands
Create Purchase Orders in MI9 Merchant
Map data from multiple systems used by different CNRG brands. This will require extensive use of Microsoft Excel including cutting, pasting, sorting, formulas and functions.
Assist Accounting to determine correct pricing, terms, or freight when invoice does not agree with Purchase Order
Perform other duties as assigned

Price Alert Management
Create/run reporting as needed from Business Intelligence reporting system
Qualifications
High school diploma
Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Problem-solving ability and good organizational skills
Excellent organizational and communication skill
Strong attention to detail skills
