Junior Accountant Job Opening in Kennesaw, Georgia - Accounts Payable-code and enter invoices
Accounts Receivable-enter customer payments
Document Management-scan and attach documents in paperless environment
Filing
Manage/update spreadsheet databases
Assist with account reconciliations
Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
Assist Sr. Accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly close
Assist with other accounting projects as presented
Requirements :
Excellent organizational abilities
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures
Good understanding of accounting and financial principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant software
Associates Degree or working toward a degree in Accounting
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn.
