Sales Producer/Business Development Responsibilities

We're looking for individuals with a professional demeanor and appearance, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Sales Producer will seek out and develop referral sources, develop new business opportunities, meet with prospects, and close deals.
Compensation includes base salary, commissions, and an excellent benefits package.
Sales Producer/Business Development Requirements
3 years minimum experience required
Consultative sales background
Ability to communicate with management and support staff within the company utilizing a variety of methods
Effective listening to learn about client's business and assess needs
Ability to function independently in assigned region
Must possess a strong desire and track record for success
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
