is expanding into the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas immediately and is looking for sales executives with proven PEO and outsourcing experience.
is looking for a professional, energetic and motivated individual to join our Business Development team as a Sales Executive in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. This individual will be responsible for the contacting and presenting of HR, technology and outsourcing solutions to decision makers of successful and growing companies. Applicant will need to demonstrate the proven ability to take a consultative approach in understanding a business's unique needs, along with how our unique outsourced offerings can be applied.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing and closing new business. A personable and friendly attitude along with high communication skills with internal and external customers and prospects are essential. Candidate must also demonstrate a basic understanding of CRM tools as well as Microsoft Office competency.

Responsibilities:
Directly involved with and responsible for local marketing, lead generation, prospecting and networking within specific territories.
Assists with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.
Stays current with new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
Actively involved in client onboarding processes, documentation and internal coordination.
Qualifications:
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Familiar with the economies of operating a small business.
Must be outgoing, articulate and organized with the ability to manage time.
Driven to set and exceed goals for a given period.
Strong listening and diplomacy skills when negotiating business contracts and offers.
Must have verifiable sales results, W-2, or other written proof of income.

Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work related experience.
3-5+ years of experience selling to small and/or medium sized business owners and C-Level professionals.
