We are currently looking for good people with sales experience to come and join our hard working, and growing, Real Estate Investment Company. No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level.
This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes. We will provide all of the marketing and all of the pre-vetted leads that you can handle. You will go on the appointment and speak with the sellers. We don?t require you to work at our office but we will have a desk here for you if you prefer working out of an office as opposed to from you home. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. You will make great money and learn in the process. We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps.
Compensation: 100% commission based plus bonuses with potential of $60-100k per year. (Or more!) The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be. A great salesperson will earn $60,000 with us, but a star salesperson will earn well over $100,000. Quality leads will be provided for you for FREE. Your average commission per deal will be $2000-$3000, sometimes much larger. These are not cold leads, these are warm leads and hot leads of people who want to talk to you.
Schedule: Flexible schedule, work from home or from our office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database.
Meet with sellers who are motivated to sell their house fast for cash.
Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed.
Must be able to overcome objectives & negotiate well.
Must be able to manage leads & ongoing follow-ups with prospects.
Must be motivated to bring in outside business. (Extra Bonuses here!!!)
Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
Must be able and proficient with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM/).

Who would you be working for?
We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We market heavily in the Phoenix Metro Area. We provide quality pre-vetted leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.
We work mostly with homeowners who need to sell their home for one life circumstance or another. We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.
