PT Sales Associate/Designer Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - We are seeking part-time sales associates for the Pandora store at the Summit.

Ideal candidates will be/have:
-experience in the service industry, retail and/or jewelry sales is a plus
-excellent communication skills, extroverted
-a "people" person who understands great service
-strong organizational skills, neat with strong attention to detail
-ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-ability to convert lookers into buyers, a good listener
-ability to advise clients about promotions, good observation skills
-ability to suggest additional items/up-sell, maximize potential
-looking for a work family, not just a job
Candidates must have a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends and must be prepared to work holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve. Holidays are NOT negotiable.
