-RN Case Managers must have strong assessment and documentation skills to enable our patients to stay within the comfort of their own homes.
-We?re looking for RNs with skilled nursing backgrounds, so clinical experience with PICC lines, dressing changes, wound care and diabetic teaching is a must!

RN Case Manager Requirements: 1. Current North Carolina RN license.2. Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a medical/surgical or Home Health setting.3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
