Marketing Program Strategist

Phoenix, Arizona

Marketing Program Strategist Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - There?s nothing sales development teams and sales reps salivate for more than pipeline, and boy, are their appetites voracious. Of course, satiating such hungry, hungry salespeople is no easy feat. It takes a truly skilled marketer to deliver piping hot pipeline. And here at WebPT, we?re not talking about any ol? pipeline; we?re talking about that grade A enterprise pipeline.
As the Marketing Program Strategist/Manager, you?ll partner with the Director of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to implement and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate enterprise pipeline?as well as upsell opportunities among our current customers. Additionally, you?ll analyze and report on campaign results, providing recommendations for future initiatives.
At WebPT, we hire the most talented people for our teams, and then give them the freedom to do their jobs. Here, we work hard?but we have lots of fun doing it. So, if you like a cool, collaborative, and challenging work environment, you?ll fit right in.
As the leader in our market and one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, we?ve already done a lot. But we?re nowhere near done. Our plans just keep getting grander, and we can?t achieve greatness without you.
Responsibilities
Execute programming strategy to hit qualified lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for multiple products, services, and market segments.
Work closely with the sales and sales development teams as well as the rest of the marketing team to ensure optimal results of implemented enterprise and upsell programs.
Build out tasks associated with each program, and ensure execution of all deliverables.
Leverage account-based marketing principles to execute enterprise campaign programming.
Analyze and report on sales and marketing trends, performance, and spend to optimize on current?and advise on future?enterprise pipeline and upsell lead generations as well as sales enablement campaigns.
Build and scrub send lists for campaigns.
Write first drafts of all campaign collateral.
Serve as point-of-contact in coordination and execution of projects with third-party vendors.
Rock our socks off with your superb ABM, field, and/or traditional marketing knowledge, and share that wisdom with the team.
Throw business casual to the wind. We want casual-casual. Rock flip flops and jeans. We don?t care, so long as you do good work and enjoy yourself.
Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving?just like our team and our marketing strategies?so while you don?t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may occasionally ask you to do a few back bends, or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse.
Abilities and Knowledge
Project manage like a boss. You?re an experienced planner, so juggling multiple chainsaws, fireballs, or hula hoops?er, schedules, deadlines, and budgets?ain?t no thang. Oh, and mad props if you did all the juggling in a B2B environment.
Love sales funnels (maybe even more than funnel cakes), and know how to shake ?em up if necessary.
Negotiate like an NBA agent hustling to score your client a multi-million dollar contract; you never settle and you know your superstar (WebPT) is worth every penny and more.
Know that UPS ain?t got nothin? on you. You love logistics and get a thrill out of organization.
Crunch numbers and scrub data like a spreadsheet wizard.
Enjoy a good challenge and?like the contestants on the Amazing Race?play to win the million dollars (except on our team, the million dollars are happy customers).
Experiment like a mad scientist. Hypothesize, test, and analyze?and then do it all over again.
Be a real go-getter. Take decisive action and exercise impeccable judgment?and do it without having to be asked.
Be cool under pressure. Things can get pretty hectic at times, so we want to make sure you keep calm and carry on through even the most stressful of circumstances.
Have a mind for efficiency. We like doing más with menos around here, so while you don?t have to be the next MacGyver, you?ve got to have a knack for using resources creatively.
Rock the mic like a vandal?not just in karaoke, but in all forms of communication (i.e., talk well and write good stuff). We?re talking impeccable communication skills and grammatical knowledge. You?re representing the WebPT brand, and we take our voice seriously.
Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable?in short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, edits, and new ideas.
Know how to roll up your sleeves. We have a lot of brass tacks here, and we like to get down to ?em.
Play really nice with others. We?re a tight-knit, highly collaborative team (i.e., we?re friends first), so if you have an ego, check it at the door.
Love to laugh. If you take yourself too seriously, then avert your eyes from this description now.
Jibe with our company culture. We?re talkin? energy, integrity, positivity, a hunger for knowledge, and a passion for marketing. Bring all that and a bag of chips. Seriously, we love chips.
