Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Leading Healthcare IT company seeks Sales Development Representative (SDR). The companies software products and information services support medical providers, hospitals and pharmacies in the US and internationally. The Sales Development Representative call on medical office managers and physicians to market our medical software. The ideal SDR candidate must be interpersonally skilled, resilient, and be able to conduct introductory sales conversations with potential clients.
Responsibilities
Make cold calls to physician?s offices and billing services in the US
Use our database as a reference for prospecting calls to medical offices
Meet/exceed expectations of making 100+ dials/day
Understand our software solutions
Explain how our software products create value for medical office clients
Document workflow in company database
Create leads/appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
Requirements
Associates degree required. Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Call Center experience in outbound sales
New customer acquisition experience preferred
Persistent work ethic
Optimistic outlook with rejection resistance
Strong interpersonal phone skills with the ability to quickly connect with others
A basic understanding of healthcare IT and/or medical offices is preferred

Compensation range is between 33K to 40K/plus an additional 15% in commission/bonus dependent on performance.
