Looking for Skilled Mechanic Job Opening in kokomo, Indiana - Looking for Skilled Mechanic I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP that I am trying to locate someone to get running. The following is the work I have done on this car in the past week. 1. Lost compression in #5 cylinder so I replaced the Cylinder head, installed new Valves, new head gasket 2. Replaced all the roller lifters and pusher rods with new, installed new intake gaskets. The car tries to start but it wont. It seems to be getting good spark, good compression and decent fuel pressure. The car is not out of time. I believe it is in a sensor or possibly in the Vacuum line system. If you believe you can get this car running for me feel free to give me a call, I am sure we can work something out. I do not think its major I am sure its something simple.
