Sales Representative- New Homes Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Summary
Responsible for managing the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of Escrow
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greet and qualify visitors
Demonstrate
Overcome sales objections; close for the sale
Document the transaction
Track progress of loan, options and construction
Respond to customer requests for information
Document any cancellations
Maintenance of all lot files/sales files
Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Achieve sales goals
Generate traffic to communities
Realtor networking and communications
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
Must have a valid NV Real Estate License.
Must have a vehicle, a valid driver?s license and be willing to travel.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
