Tax Accountant (2017-4717) Job Opening in Camas, Washington - Fisher Investments is a privately-held investment management firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area managing portfolios for high-net-worth private clients and some of the world's preeminent institutions. We are presently seeking a highly talented individual to join our team as a Senior Tax Accountant to support our growing and dynamic Finance Department. Primary responsibilities include:
Assist in the preparation and review of domestic and international tax computations, filings, and transfer pricing studies
Collaborate with outside CPA firms to manage tax provisions, compliance, and planning
Research tax rules and regulations on income, VAT, and business taxes
Prepare use and property tax returns and maintain tax ledgers
Work with the Finance team to implement diverse projects to support the firm?s long-term strategic goals
Develop, implement and maintain company policies and procedures
Automate and improve existing processes and methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
CPA required
Intermediate to advanced Excel and database skills
Excellent communication skills
5+ years progressive multi-state tax experience in both public and private sectors
Experience with an international money manager or similar financial services business
