Sales Support Representative Job Opening in Rockmart, Georgia - Purpose of Position:
The Sales Support Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that internal and/or external customers might face.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the first point of contact for internal and external customers for sales support questions and requests to establish a rapport and build confidence in Miura?s services.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and customers to answer questions, handle requests, establish times lines, define issues, and propose solutions.
Create documents, tools, and calculators used by Sales and Maintenance departments.
Maintaining and updating product manuals and the price book.
Support training events for customers, representatives, and Miura personnel.
Logs and trends routine customer calls to provide feedback for product improvements.
Develops and maintains a working system to keep track of customer calls, complaints, request and call backs.
Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):
High School Diploma or GED, Technical School is a plus.
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Excellent customer services skills (friendly, courteous, helpful, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work in a small company and open work environment.
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
Ability to learn and understand basic compliance with government and other applicable agency regulations (ASME, UL, NFPA, NBIC, etc.).
Ability to learn and navigate customer information systems along with sound knowledge of company, services, and products.
Preferred:
Basic technical understanding including basic mechanical and electrical principals.
Ability to read and explain an electrical wiring diagram is a plus but not necessary.
Experience with CAD and 3-D modeling software is a plus but not necessary.
