Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager Job Opening in Midway, Utah - Senior Manager
Local 360 Media is a cutting-edge digital and print marketing company that specializes in building customized advertising solutions for small- and medium-sized business owners in Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina and Utah.
Local 360 is searching for a Sr Manager (Accountant 1 or 2) to join our Midway Utah corporate office. We need an individual who is a self-starter and can take full responsibility for and pride in this area of expertise. We pay a competitive salary and offer benefits package including health insurance and 401k with company match.
This individual must be accuracy driven, extremely detail oriented and have strong math proficiency. Main activities will include:
Maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
Processing of AP invoices, credit card transactions, and expense reports
Year end audit preparation
Monthly, quarterly, and annual P & L Statements
Creation and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
Manage accounts receivables and collections
Will report directly to the Executive committee (specifically the COO and CEO)
Qualifications:
Education
Minimum Accounting Associates degree
Preferable Bachelors in Accounting degree
Skills and Experience
2-3 years experience in financial reporting/general ledger area (3-4 years experience for Associates degree)
Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks and general computer user knowledge (PC and/or Mac)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills
Problem solver
Positive, happy and ready to work!
