Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Irvine, California - Small Irvine accounting practice is seeking a full-time experienced bookkeeper with full charge bookkeeping and accounting experience with at least 2-5 years of general experience. (Degree in accounting a plus but not required.)
Applicant must have ability to review and close books at the end of every month.
Must be able to review and analyze financials and determine if an account does not look correct.
Must be computer literate, responsible and detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
Must have intermediate to advanced QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel skills. You will be tested in all three during the interview process.
Must have the ability to: work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet tight deadlines and work independently communicate effectively at all levels take ownership and have excellent attention to detail spot and follow-up on open action items and complete assigned tasks without prompting manage multiple priorities and possess strong organization skills.
Experience with Peachtree & Lacerte a plus.
Experience with processing payroll & filing of payroll reports a plus.
Provide salary history for last 3 years. Must meet all job requirements to be considered.
