POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the Accounting, front desk and telephone reception, filing copying and mail distribution. If you are a detail-oriented professional with Accounting experience, we encourage you to apply today.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter orders, invoices and other data into the company accounting system
Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports
Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
Prepare supplies orders, maintain company lists or other office documents
Answer telephone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to staff
Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors
Deliver messages and run errands
Help in other departments as needed

Previous success in an office environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
Experience working with computers and various software programs, with accounting software experience preferred
Some accounting or bookkeeping experience required
