Hotel General Manager Job Opening in Warsaw, Indiana - Holiday Inn Express is eagerly searching for a seasoned leader for this limited service brand hotel. This is a franchised property through IHG that is in the heart of Warsaw, IN.
The GM is responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed and running efficiently per the brand standards as well as the company's leader handles staffing needs, inventory, billing, AR accts, scheduling, rate structures, brand communication and customer care.
This role requires a 6 day work week, 9 hours daily, one weekend off per month with healthcare, vacation, and commission on revenue increases year over year. GM certifications with IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and Wyndham will allow for a higher starting annual salary. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience to be considered for this role. Candidates must be ready to assume role by the end of August 2017
